PT with Z is running one of the most educating, exciting and functional 8 week challenges you have been involved with!

 

MONDAY 2nd March - FRIDAY 24th April

 

Training will be held Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6:30-7:30am @ Stratco City Beach. - Showers are available at the venue!

 

You will receive a welcome pack filled with the tools needed to help you reach your goals.

 

Once you have registered we will book in a time prior to the 2nd of March to conduct your health and fitness assement and goal setting session. You will then be added to the private VIP facebook forum.

 

There will be an end of 8 week challenge celebration time/date/venue TBC.
