From couples to groups of friends to sporting teams and business groups, I will train you all. I have an absolute passion to work with groups, to not only assist you to reach your health and fitness goals as individuals but to increase your team awarness and learn how to motivate each other and create a postive team structure. * Business Group training prices are subject to length of sessions, how many participanting and venue. Please contact me directly to arrange a time to meet for discussion on prices.

* Outdoor Sessions to be agreed upon with myself and the client(s).

* Sporting Team Group trainings can be modified for length of sessions and athlete numbers- Please contact me directly for further discussion.

Please note that if you are selecting to pay per 4 weeks, 8 weeks or per season that you are NOT required to pay in full up front but a deposit may be required. You will however be required to pay for all sessions within the agreed time- see terms and conditions for more details.
